The following sample weight and balance form is a guide for your calculations while flying with us. It is mandatory that all dispatched Dual and Solo flights have this form completed.
It is not necessary to calculate the landing weight for non cross country flights, but everything is here for your reference. Refer to the C172 POH for details and more samples, charts, and moment graphs.
In the table
At Sea Eagle Aviation we encourage student pilots to use the Centre of Gravity Limits graph when determining the centre of gravity. The left column is weight, the bottom is inches aft of the firewall (CG). Follow the weight and CG inches until they meet to determine whether or not the flight will be within the CG envelope, and whether it falls in the Utility or Normal Category.
