PPL / REC GROUNDSCHOOL FALL 2024
Fall Private and Rec Pilot Ground School classes commence October 1, 2024!
Register with us by September 30 , for your spot in the upcoming Fall Ground School.
The Ground School will run for 8 weeks beginning October 1, Tuesday AND Thursday evenings, from 7PM to 10PM at our classroom. That's 45 hours, which is 5 hours over the Transport Canada minimum for the Private Pilot written exam. As for you recreational students, this is a great opportunity to prepare for the Recreational Pilot Permit written exam.
BOOKINGS MUST BE CONFIRMED BY EMAIL with Fall 2024 GROUNDSCHOOL REGISTRATION in the subject. Please include your phone number in the email.

GROUNDSCHOOL COST
Ground School cost is a one time fee of $500 plus HST.

MATERIALS
In order to properly study and prepare for your exams you will require a few items, which we can provide for you on request. Some of you may already have the necessary items. For those who don't, here is the minimum of what you'll need.

Plotter/Protractor
E6b analogue Flight Computer (or CX3 Electronic Flight Computer. Please specify.)
Distance Ruler
"From the Ground Up", Ground school textbook
